How it works

  1. 1

Clock on and off in Telegram. Each worker taps a button in a Telegram chat at the start and end of the shift. If they already use Telegram there's nothing new to install; if not, it's a free download.

  2. 2

Approve hours in the chat. As the owner or supervisor, you see each timesheet as it comes in and approve or query it from your phone.

  3. 3

Hand it to your bookkeeper. Approved hours download as a CSV file, ready for your bookkeeper or payroll process.

Who it's for

Owners of small trade and cleaning businesses, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, landscapers and commercial cleaners, who run crews across different sites and are tired of chasing timesheets. ZimQi is designed for small and medium teams, from a few people up to roughly 100–120, where the owner or a supervisor is still the one approving hours.

ZimQi suits small and medium teams, up to roughly 100–120 people. Larger or more complex operations needing compliance, site attendance, fleet management or payroll integration: Checbox, our ERP-style platform for field service and fleet management.

FAQ

Do my workers need to download an app?

They need Telegram, a free messaging app many people already have. There's no separate ZimQi app to install.

Is ZimQi ready to use now?

ZimQi is in early access. We're working closely with a small group of crews during early access, so you'll be dealing directly with the team that built it.

How does it relate to Finder Technologies' consulting work?

ZimQi is our own product, built with the same approach we bring to client systems: practical automation, careful testing and a human approval step before anything counts.
